SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 5-9 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Orders placed after 5pm will not begin processing until next business day. Orders made on a Friday after 5pm will not be processed until Monday. You will receive an email or text notification when your order has shipped.
If your order doesn't arrive in 10-15 business days please reach out to the designated shipping carrier via email.
Local Pickup is available. If items are on hand you will could your order approximately the next business day.

$15-$20 East, South Memphis, Whitehaven/Oakhaven, Collierville​
All orders come with tracking numbers! Please be sure to include email and verify all info is correct before submitting your order.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order as soon as it is received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
